Council Agendas & Minutes
The Parish Council meets on the first Tuesday if each month (except August), in Newton Poppleford Village Hall at 8.00pm. Some meetings of other committees are held in Harpford Hall. Details of the date, time and venue of each meeting are shown on the agenda and posted on the notice boards.
Agendas are published a minimum of 5 full clear working days before each meeting and posted on the village notice boards at Newton Poppleford, Harpford and Venn Ottery. Minutes are prepared within 14 days after each meeting, but will only appear on the website after they have been agreed and signed off - usually at the next meeting of the council.
Members of the public are welcome to attend any meeting of the Parish Council as observers. There is an 'Open Session' at the end of each meeting, during which members of the public may raise any issues of relevance.
