Allotments

The allotments provided by the Parish Council are located next to the cemetery in Venn Ottery Road.  Most plots are approximately 22m x 4m giving plenty of space for  growing your own fruit and vegetables, although some people have 2 or more plots.  The Parish Council rents these allotments to local people for the princely sum of £6 per plot per year, plus a charge of £3 per annum for water (and if the water bill exceeds the revenue the excess is charged out, spread among the allotment holders).
