Climate Change Group

At the meeting of Council held 20th January 2020, Councillors voted to declare a Climate Change Emergency for the parish of Newton Poppleford and Harpford. A copy of the declaration can be found HERE.

Council will be seeking parishioners views and feedback as to how they can positively work towards carbon neutrality and to actively mitigate against the effects of Climate Change locally, nationally and globally.
